    New Projects

    New projects would consist of any sort of new installation project, including new PCs and printers.

    User Induced Changes or Failures

    Changes to system or software which causes functionality to become unstable.

    3rd Party Changes

    Unauthorized changes or adjustments made by 3rd party vendors, whether they be software, system, or environmental.

    Printer Maintenance

    Printers needing maintenance or physical repairs are not included in any Managed Services plan.

    Displays or Mounting

    Issues with TVs or displays connected to PCs are not included in any Managed Services plan.

    Phone Systems

    Management or Maintenance of any sort of business phone systems are not included in any Managed Services plan.
